Separovich/Domich developed a property management division, CPM Property Management, to operate and manage general office, retail and medical office buildings in the greater Sacramento area. Dain Domich, PartnerBorn and raised in Sacramento, Dain has resided in this area for most of his life. He obtained a B.A. in History at Northwestern University and started his career with Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment in Public Housing Management. From there he operated as a sole proprietor of a residential real estate restoration company and real estate broker. In 1980 Dain joined George Separovich to form Separovich/Domich Real Estate Development.
Dain has been President of Friends of Light Rail since 1997, past founding member/chair of the Power inn Business and Transportation Association, 1999 Regional Citizen of the Year from the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, a recipient of the 1998 Clean Air Award from the American Lung Association and the 2009 Inaugural Individual Transit Advocate of the Year, an RT-Metro Chamber joint award. |

George Separovich, PartnerBorn and raised in Sacramento, today George divides his time between Sacramento and Monterey. After graduation at St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA, George Spent eight years as executive vice president for Atlas Thrift and Loan, an industrial bank. Joining Dain Domich in 1980, to form the partnership of Separovich/Domich to develop and manage commercial real estate within greater Sacramento.
In the community George has served on numerous committees of the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento, Sacramento Rotary Club, Grandfather's Club and is past president of Del Paso County Club. |

David Padgham, Asset ManagerOriginally from Santa Barbara, David graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.A. in economics. David's career began in property management, and upon moving to Sacramento, became a broker with Bishop Hawk before joining Separovich/Domich in 1987. Since then David has overseen the development and ongoing operations of several medical and office buildings. |

Sally Freedlander, Director of Property Management and Community RelationsBorn and raised on the east coast, Sally attended Wheaton College in Norton, MA and obtained a B.A. in economics. Sally joined Separovich/Domich in 1989 and today oversees the property management division and is responsible for community outreach on development projects. Sally currently sits on the Board of the Power Inn Alliance and was chosen as Member of the Year in 2012.

Susan Lefebvre, Property Manager and Project ManagerSusan was also born and raised in Sacramento. After working in a family business for many years, Susan joined Separovich/Domich in 1992. In addition to her duties as a property manager, Susan is the project manager for tenant improvements ranging from $10,000 - $1,000,0000 in our buildings. |
